Enjoy your elephant safari 1 hour and 30 minutes through green jungle
and enjoy feeding the elephant bananas to say thank you to your elephant. |

You will receive basic kayaking instructions and practice with our experienced guides before heading down to the river. Oue first break will be at the Tad Sae Waterfall: Its limestone cascades with florescent turquoise pools between the trees offer a stunning sight. |

After swimming at Tad Sae waterfall, you continue paddling though beautiful landscape until reaching the tomb of 19th century French explorer Henri Mouhot. The naturalist was the first European to rediscover Angkor Wat and to travel all the way to Luang Prabang. You continue to paddle to Khoua Mai (the New Bridge), where a pick-up awaits the group for transport
back to Luang Prabang city centre, arriving at your hotel around 16:30 PM. |
Remark: Kayaking on Nam Khan River for those who prefer a gentle and easy river to be able to watch and relax, a trip on the Nam Khan River is the answer. Besides enjoying the views of rural life on the riverbanks, you stop at three famed sites in the surroundings of Luang Prabang. |
